Support You Can Can Count On

Sometimes unexpected issues arise, but don’t worry, we’re here to help. Our team is ready to assist and keep your claims journey on track.
If your claim is denied after using a Nexus Letter, our team will review the denial at no additional cost to identify what medical concerns the VA raised. When appropriate, we will provide a free rebuttal letter to address the medical points in the denial.
If your claim is denied, you can file a Supplemental Claim with new and relevant evidence, request a Higher-Level Review, or file a Board Appeal depending on your situation. Claim Climbers does not advise which option to choose, but we can help strengthen the medical evidence you may decide to submit in support of your next steps.
A rebuttal letter is a medical document written by a licensed provider that addresses the reasons the VA gave for denying or reducing a claimed condition. It offers clear medical explanations or corrections that strengthen the medical evidence you may choose to submit with your appeal or supplemental claim.
The review and response time after you upload your denial is typically within 7 to 10 business days, depending on our current support volume. Our team will contact you as soon as your denial has been reviewed and any next steps have been identified.
No. Claim Climbers does not file VA claims, appeal decisions, communicate with the VA on your behalf, or act as an accredited representative. We strictly provide medical evidence that you can use to support your claim or appeal.
You are not required to work with a VSO, but we strongly recommend it because VSOs can help you prepare and file your appeal or supplemental claim at no cost. Claim Climbers does not replace a VSO or provide claim-filing assistance, and many veterans choose to work with a VSO while using our medical evidence to strengthen their case.
